Dr. Goodin has more than 20 years of project management experience in the environmental consulting and natural resources management profession. His technical expertise includes the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), natural resource assessments, coastal protection and restoration, wetland restoration, and environmental regulatory compliance. He has managed more than fifteen NEPA projects in the past 12 years, including seven environmental impact statements and five environmental assessments. He has experience with regulatory actions under Sections 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act, Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. His technical areas of specialization include: Natural resources management, coastal protection and restoration, wetland restoration, and regulatory compliance.
